Of all individual colors on the planet they choose flat gray for their flagship sedan. Under those lights they needed something metallic to shine. Black doesn't work well in those lights either. Blues or even silver metallics would have worked much better in my opinion. I get your sarcasm but I have valid points regarding that gray under those lights.

Not a fan of any of those individual colors. So far YUCK or, wrong color on the wrong car. The Ferrari Red would probably look better on the M Cars than on the M550i. Seen Griglio Testo a few times on Porsches and a Lambo. Did nothing for either cars. It is the color of what the pigeons leave on the side walk here in NY. I will make final judgement on the colors when I get to the show this coming Friday afternoon.

I love that Green. It sure doesn't look like BRG but the bright lights could be responsible for changing the way we see it.
Can I just say how i think it's bullshit that buyers have to pay the prices they do just to get some color. What does an indi color cost now, 5K? I'm sorry but some of these colors should be standard. Id love to see Austin yellow should be replaced with either dakar or speed yellow. The M5/6 color palette looks like the funeral wardrobe except for sahkir or the blues. That red should definitely be added too. Thee already enough grey.

Those pics are clearly overexposed! Just look at the backgrounds. For example the M logo behind the M6. Instead of silver it appears to be white.

Those are just really bad photos that do not have any real world resemblance with the colors.

Dakar Yellow just isn't my type. It looks as though:

- The owner equally liked Speed Yellow and Alpine White, so decided to go exactly halfway in-between. OR
- A Speed Yellow that was parked in the Colorado sun for a decade.

I recently saw Ferrari Red in person for the first time at the BMW M School in CA. Much nicer than I expected. I really liked it.

I did a double-take too, at first. It's the brilliant white lighting at the show making BRG look much lighter, plus the photographer not compensating for it in-camera.

The exterior is correctly listed as Dakar Yellow II. "Fueller" is reference to the interior color. I don't know if AW is correct as we don't have an interior pic, but BMW does have a pure white leather interior. Perhaps it's called AW

Fueller is the primer / base coat color if I remember correctly. You'll see many colors end up getting black, white, or silver.
