Nice. Well that test sounds pretty good, I am looking forward to the results.

That is a very nice offer! However we have already scheduled a test to be done this week or early next week as a "Proven" article with European Car Magazine. We will be doing the test on our car on the same dyno we have done all our tests so it will be a very accurate same car same dyno type test

Thanks,

Jeff

Power gains measured by the shop selling the product (magazine endorsement or not) may not be considered as compelling or accurate as those measured by a true 3rd party tester. My offer stands should you elect to change your mind.

I agree which is why we have a 3rd party dyno shop run the tests for us. Pecora Dyno Service has the dynojet that most people like to test on.

This intake looks nice but I don't see why it would gain more than a cone setup on the dyno with the hood open. On the road it may work better so better testing techniques are needed.

Please make sure the dyno testing is done with the hood fully closed and a strong fan in front so we can get closer to real world results. Test the dual cones and stock intakes under the same conditions.

The dyno was obviously done with the hood open.
I totally believe the dynos because i've seen it for myself.
If people are asking if this gain is for the real world then the answer is no.

When we drive there is only an allowed amount of air to go to the intake.
If we drove around with the hood open then I would say that these results are real.

Yes, I think this intake is the best on the market.
Yes, I believe that the flow is better than stock.
But, I do not believe that you will see gains like this in real world conditions.
Nice write-up Mr. 5.

Always appreciate your input on these things.

98% increased air flow? Give me a break. Sounds like a massive overstatement, similar to the HP gains. Great looking set up though. No need to oversell it with exaggeration, especially on this site where the membership has been testing filters for months now, and everyone and their mothers know that filters do not produce the gains as advertised.

I would like to see what is coming in the mail on the dyno sheet.
