Multifamily dwellings (Apartments, Condos, 2-4 Unit) consistent or a huge fleet of drivers and I don't see any properties installing chargers at every parking spot.

As someone who works in that industry, you're right it's certainly not realistic to install 1-1 chargers/spaces but you can easily have a dedicated percentage of spots at minimal cost regardless of parking config.
