I don't trust the cheap china turbos but if you buy them have them balanced in the states. After being balanced I would then only consider installing them if the labor was mine.
Couldn't agree more.

The VTT GC's, Steamspeed and Tomioka are all the same IMO.

VTT stage 1-2, DAW's lineup and Amazon/Ebay 17t and 19t are the same as well.. IMO

Do yourself a favor and go with RB Turbo or Pure.
Or build your self a budget single kit, best bang for your buck honestly
Sorry but if I were going to go single I would go with ACF, Speedtech or Doc Race. IMO that "budget single" is the same thing as these Chinese twins. No offense I just like to go with tried and true companies that make high quality parts.

Yes they do up charge but I'm also doing this bare bones, and not using a $1500+ turbo

Any update on this single turbo build? How did that cheap china turbo hold up?

Also....OP....any update on the RB turbos you got? Which ones did you go with? I'm bouncing back and forth between the RB TWO's and the two Plus's. The plus's are $200 more, and good for 50-ish hp compared to the TWO's.
