Thank you! Getting close to putting the engine in. I'd say about a month from now it'll be running

Got my clutch and mounts, but the mounts were for the wrong chassis. So I continue to wait

Got my brand new depo headlights. Depo brand is second to none. Normally I'd go with some JDM headlights, but I intend on taking these headlights apart and doing a retrofit with HID projectors. So it didn't make sense to go with authentic JDM lights

Also saw a 92-95 civic hatch in the wild and it was completely stock!

Very cool stuff, but I'll never understand the love of a Hatch over a proper ITR.

It's just what I grew up on. It's my modern day muscle car.

Plus the ITR in America is about $30,000 now

Also, I honestly hate the interior of the integra.

Also probably hard to find, the CRX was great. ~2000lb hatch.

Got the correct motor mounts. Played around with the X brace a little bit. And got the JDM thin side moldings.

Props for the project. Wish I had time to do something similar.. are you doing all this by yourself out of your garage? If so, more props!

Yep. All by my self. I'll need friends to help put the engine in, and I'll need somebody to paint it. But putting it together is the fun part

Very cool. I'd love to do a Honda build, but the older generation hatches aren't easy to find or they're entirely clapped out.

JamesGames - Guessing you're in the Upland area?

Test fitting the motor mounts and head lights. Put in the first of the wiring harness

Do you have any background experience with cars? I'd assume you do with something as labor intensive as this build. Either way, excited to see final product!

It's always been a hobby. Never done it professionally. I'd say this is my 5th build. It's all trial and error. I think the trick is to know how far to go, and what to outsource.

I won't do the paint work and I won't fool around with suspension bushings. I'll leave that to a professional

Nope. A stock B16b is heavenly. I'll rebuild it once (if) it blows up

Been waiting on parts from Honda so I can put the engine in. But I got a few goodies in the mail

Also does anybody know a good place to get stickers made? I got quoted $100 today for a "13 sticker. Crazy!
