+1 I would demand the dealer scrape that FUGLY thing off before I even saw the car. Looks like they pulled it from a Rav4.

So why is it that the turbo cars are being held up? What did BMW change that would require a complete EPA recertification?

no one seems to know for sure,except I have delivered an '09 M3 and a 328 coupe....the holdup is on the turbos and we should start seeing them here at the dealership around the 20th of October.

My car is a E90 328i...the delay seems to be tied to the turbo models, including many of the 335i cars that shared a vessel with my own. I hope they are released from captivity soon!
