I would never buy that wheel as long as it has those bits of alcantara on it - hideous!
Couldn't agree more. Just look at what this guys done to an M3 gear shift boot here,... it shouldn't be allowed...truly hideous...

Each to his own, however, I don't know about you guys but I usually hold my steering wheel rather than just looking at it! That's the point of the suede/alcantara, to feel good and not to slip.....

Its a little expensive with the current exchange rate to get that wheel from you to the UK...

$995.00 at todays rate is £673.21 plus shipping best rate £40? plus duty and VAT when it lands here, means someone in the UK would have to pay around £879.92.

We have it in stock here in the UK for just £590.41 ($872.48)

Our price isn't bad mate and if you become a Speed Religion Alliance member, you can knock a further 5% off all our prices... that means the BMW Performance steering wheel becomes just £560.88.

It does lap timing and even 0-400m times!

I went right of them coz of that faux-leather stuff on them, apparently it shreds itself with sweaty palms (!) etc.

I like the idea of it, but I'll stick with my leather-covered M-wheel, thanks.
