Could squeak out another 30whp at least, especially going custom tune. Needs all the supporting mods though

I don't know where OP lives, but in some countries I guess it's probably cheaper to run full E85 that any pump gas even with ethanol MPG increase. It just depends of the E85 price.

The difference is actually quite huge moving to ethanol from 93 on stock turbos, much more 91. Full e85 is not really necessary, with E50 you can pretty much get the majority of the benefits. You won't see more than 400whp on 93 unless you are really on the ragged edge or are running meth/water injection. 500whp on a kill tune on full e85 is possible, though would probably feel like crap and last maybe a month if driven hard. Where I'm it in GA, e85 costs the same as 93, so it makes zero sense here. Make sure to do the calculations and make sure it'll actually be cheaper.
My recommendation would just be an OTS E50 map, they feel good, you only lose maybe 2-3mpg, you don't need $1500 in PI equipment+custom tune, and the most important part, the car will be relatively reliable compared to a full E85 tune that will chew up lines faster and require lots of boost to hit knock limits.
