Here is a good review, two tunes 1.2 vs. Rev. 2 going at it from 20-120 mph.
Too much feeling going around on this forum.

Throttle modulation/control and overall responsiveness aren't something that shows up in drag races or dynos. I think that is what separates the PROcede -- drivability. The only real test is a road course with a professional driver -- and even that is subjective. Race drivers with good technical feedback are valuable because they can tell you things that do not show up on data acquisition easily. Transitioning from cruising to "jumping on it" is really a subjective thing. My 2 cents...

IMO, 15 minutes is enough time.
Of course the more the merrier.

Shiv,
Are there things already implemented into the Procede software for the newly upcoming Turbo Upgrade by ASR?

+1. Just another map. Nothing else.

i guess my opinion on 15 minutes got me 10 points...
well i dont think 15 minutes merits enough time to tell the rest of the forums that you tried both tunes and that on is better than the other. I for one was under the impression that mote had both tunes for extended periods on his own car and made the choice the v3 was better. That kinda weighs in on my decision on which tune to get, which then later i find it out he only used it for 15 minutes. regardless im just gonna drop it |

Somebody asked me what my thoughts were and I weighed in on it. Don't like what I had to say or how I tested them? Here's an idea: Go try them both yourself rather than relying on my own experience and quit criticizing others who are trying to help. |

Wish I could of tested the Rev II, sounds like more power than the PROcede v3. Hopefully we'll get an update soon! Hope Vishnu will have an event on Norcal sometime.

This is a classic example of not doing research before you type your smear posts. I guess I'll have to explain this to you in baby steps. -I ran the JB3 1.1 in my car for several months. -I beta tested a version of REV II for Shiv and gave my honest opinion on it and I'm currently running this tune because I'm very satisfied with it. - I had the opportunity to drive another car with similar mods running the new JB3 1.2 and all it's maps. I hope this satisfies your obvious lust to smear me and my opinion on this forum which unfortunately you failed miserably at. Next time you decide to call someone out on a public forum, try doing a little research before you put your foot in your mouth again. |
