This "scumbag" has been responsible for nearly every jb related product improvement you've seen (either factual or imaginary) The latest ones being Torque Targeting and wastegate DC PID systems which your tuner/dealers reported as being "nonsense" and "unnecessary fluff". And now your tuner is scrambling to implement them in a hardware platform that can only adjust wastegate in one direction. And the marketing machine rolls onwards.

Drop the hate and name calling. And instead focus on tech/facts and you wont be taken for a ride again.

Just have to say again, 1.3 should be called 2.0, it's a very big change. I honestly didn't tell that much of a difference with 1.22, didn't think it deserved the hype, but this new firmware is great. It pulls and pulls with no lumpiness in the power delivery. Biggest change since going to the JB3. Some more changes in the pipeline before it's ready for public consumption, just going to be that much better

I don't mind Shiv's comments at all. I'm eager for the upgrade for my JB3 and that's why I'm reading this thread. Shiv provides a good foil for the opinions and comments of those running the JB3 beta. Lots of times he provides good technical and factual information. I think his non-technical comment is often witty and entertaining. I know he has his bias, but I respect his knowledge and his product. I suggest that if anyone doesn't like what he says -- just ignore it. Don't take it personally.

i agree with you i think he is a smart person dont get me wrong but when you are a vendor you shouldnt be commenting like he does without being punished, something Terry found out the hard way.

I posted that the OP should disclose that he got a free unit in exchange for PR. I've talked to him before in person. Does knowing this and saying that make me a scumbag?
