Carl, there must be some minor mods you can make to help get a 12.99?

Take all your stuff out the glovebox and boot, and don't eat anything for 2 days before.

12.9 done

The time appears right, but you would need to add your reaction time. It can be added into the GTECH, if you work on around 1.9-2, you wont be far off

mikeybmw1, 0-60 sounds about right. I get 4.5 secs with reserve fuel and driver only. Keeps on losing traction. Get 4.28 with half a tank and two people onboard. Running V3.

Carlos, how do you stop losing traction? might just be the RFT with me. Do you have any secrets for launching?

Carl's using Toyo R888 cup tyres I think - gives him better traction at the start, and limits any further wheel slip when under way. I should use a set too - I was wheelspinning at 85mph

I rekon im doing 4.3 0-60 then. Only because you guys have far more HP therefore less traction. I must be mincing the 0-60.

But I dont think its anywhere near 4.3-4.2, but if you guys are doing 4.6's......

Mate, if you want to go down the comparison route, you should try to remember that tyres have always been different everytime we've run - you on Contis, me on winters, you on R888s, me on regular PS2...

Give me your set of R888s and I'll get very close to your 60ft time, plus I won't have traction issues further down the strip....

I do have 100hp more, but as you well know you have to modulate your right foot to limit the wheelspin at the beginning. The R888s will let me use more available power before the limit of grip is breached.

And yes, I outlaunched Kin, due to the LSD. If I had normal tyres, the difference would be even greater.
