I'm a noob too.
I just got my first D-SLR camera in January. lol

I have a Canon Rebel XSi (Eos)
Stock lens with a UV filter on...thats it.

I learned by going out and taking pics in different lighting and playing around with the settings. Then I went home and saw which pics looked best and what settings I was using.
I learned the basics from the owners manual.

Dan's car had a lot of roadkill so I believe he was trying to hide it is my guess but I'll ask him.

I'm looking to upgrade to 50D with 28-70 f2.8 and kit lens for 70-200.. (or 70-200mm f2.8, but its a freaking $1700 lens)
