It's possible the new sensor you replaced is also faulty. The 29F3 code should be gone as soon as you replace that sensor. I had this code like forever and upon changing out the sensor and clearing all the codes, that error code has been permanently gone so far.

Did this today, no need to take off the manifold. Just whatever intake system you have, charge pipe, throttle body, and the black wire box... That gives you plenty of access to the lp fuel sensor... I had to use a 1 inch wrench to get the old one off, others said different sizes but 1 inch worked for me.
The box is a pita to remove off of the tabs. It's plastic and the tabs are metal, I pryed the plastic part of the wire box tugged on it until it popped out. I cracked the side of 1 of the 4 plastic pieces that hold it in place on the metal tabs, but it's no big deal, can hardly notice and the box is still firmly in place and if I ever have to remove it again it will make my life easier, lol.. Job took about 45 minutes...

my water pump stop working so I took it to dealership to replace. they told me my lpfs needs to be replace because it'll make my car sluggish. however, I havent seen any engine light come on due to lpfs. my car wasn't sluggish until today when my water pump went bad. should I replace it? I check indy shop and it's $300 vs $500 from dealership.

Did this today also. As ChuckD says, didn't need to touch the intake manifold. Once the throttle body was removed, and the black connection box was loose. it was easy to get in there with a wrench and get the sensor out. All in all, an easier job than I expected. Hardest part was getting all the plastic connectors to come apart without breaking them.

Code 2AAF
I have a 2AAF fault code. What is the first things I have to check. The company who diagnosed it, immediately said it is my HPFP. After googling this it refers to Intank LPFP, not the HPFP.
Advise from you people will be highly appreciated |
