Sorry you may find this perverse but there is something deeply satisfying about wiping the floor with Mr Boy Racer away from the lights whilst loaded to the roof with Ikea flat pack

As I did yesterday with an SLK at some lights yesterday. He was revving, "rocking" the clutch and making a right fuss. I just put my foot down from idle on green and left him looking like he was driving a wheelchair. Then just to rub it in I gave him a little wave through the sunroof

Not sure what SLK model it was but it sounded like a V6.

Let's not forget dxb - some of us are proper grown ups with kids and clobber. A coupe looks quick so should be. A lot of Tourings don't shout about their performance making it far funnier when leaving some chav in your wake...

Estate = I'm married, the crown jewels are in working order and I have the coolest chick magnet in the boot - a young dog.

Coupe = I have no kids, probably no partner, don't do anything "cool" like surf, MTB, windsurf and need my car to pull for me...

Or could be talking about almost every public schoolgirl that came down on holiday (quickly points out that he was a late teen at the time...!) - and there were many. Cheltenham Ladies College, Marlborough, Bryanston are just a few that were "sampled" in late teens. Ex Surrey public schoolboy (so able to construct a sentence and speak properly) + surfer + lifeguard = chicks

Talking of which dxb, your spelling and grammar are pretty average - how much money was wasted on your education...

Oh and on the subject of chicks with a good education, wife is ex Bryanston, ex county Hockey, ex county runner, three day event rider, waterski instructor and all round splendid lass. Would you like to see her Daddy's rather large yacht too? Currently lying in the Med...

Now dxb, your staged photos of you and a few race event slappers doesn't really count...

Touring wins, Coupe's chest deflates, face falls and smile fades as he realises he's been done over again.

Next...

Mate, my spelling and grammer are fine... 200% fine. I do not care for it on a forum and dont use that to prove i can. I have no need. Just to talk aBout cars and post as quick as i can what im thihking. Work is different to play..

i drive quick in my own car, i dont in the work car ETC.

This is not a forum for punctuation and grammer. Its a E90post car forum.

You do seem to have a chip on your shoulder. Keep telling yourself your the Best man

Of course your punctuation and grammar are 200% perfect. Apart from all the bold bits...

Why the chip on shoulder comment? I'm having a laugh. Most get it; you don't quite seem to understand. I make daft comments almost constantly - if you take me seriously then you need to get a sense of humour fitted.

Proper English takes no longer than poorly spelled posts. To me, careless posts just make me think (sometimes wrongly) that the person writing isn't too bright - which weakens their opinions in my (and others) eyes. However it's not some kind of chip - it's just something lacking that many think doesn't matter - it does, especially in my line of work.

If anyone submits a CV to me or writes a press release for one of my clients with ANY spelling or punctuation errors, it gets binned.

Now stop being such a child and get with the program. Your reply suggests you are on the defensive - why? I cannot see any reason. You took the pi55 out of Cornwall, I took the pi55 out of you - can you only give but not take stick?

Or maybe it's because my style is a little different? I have mentioned I like your car but don't worship it perhaps? I don't agree with everything you say? I take the pi55. I question things. Welcome to the real World.

Mate i aint even read your post, whats the point.. first sentence is laying into my grammer again which after explaining i couldnt give a fuck how it comes out on a forum.

Im very literate thankyou. Dont judge a Book By its cover. IT WILL catch you out one day. You come accross a little jealous and seem to have ''little man syndrome'' for sure.

Said the man who looks like he weighs about 8 stone... Oh and can you please point out what I'm jealous of?

Fine, you take childish offence. You carry on banging on about how your car is the fastest thing on the planet. You keep going on about small man syndrome and chips at the same time. You keep dishing it out but not taking it. We'll see who has the last laugh.

Oh and don't swear like that - first sign of being on the back foot.
