thats a lot of work for a Government employee to do, but i guess if it went that far you could get in trouble for... Fraud? Falsifying ownership of a vehicle, Swapping plates to a vehicle that doesnt belong to you.. and more probably, im not a cop so i dont knw.

350? for tint? WTF? lol were you speeding also? iv had 2 tint tickets, first was 50$ and the second was 118$..
You're prob right. Its unlikely though.
Vin usually isn't on the ticket.
There's a special section that @sshole cops use to charge more for violations.
I once got a ticket for not displaying a plate and it was marked "non-correctable." That meant they wanted me to pay $200+ AND show proof of correction. I contested the ticket, went to court with a picture of the plate on my car and the judge dismissed it and sent me on my way - cost me $0.

I got a ticket for those things also, its about 220$ if u just refuse to take off ur tint, i only paid 40 to get mine taken off and only getting charged 50$ to put it back on. and for the front plate go buy some zip ties and zip tie to one side of ur front grille and then just cut the zip ties when u get home, It worked for me

I wasn't speeding at all! Cop made full illegal u-turn and pulled me over...searched all over my car, hood, trunk...asking all kinds of non-sense questions...ughh!!

I'd just take off tints if it wasn't Huper Optik ($440!!) I'm just going to get my front plate signed off (I got one of those tow hook plate holder from local person) and pay whatever for the tint.
