i dont love this new diffusor.. kinda looks too much like the current aero rear.
id say if it dosent fit you'll have no trouble selliing the current m-tech rear to buy the new one

I totally agree I am going to get that rear bumper and diffuser. I've browsed around the forums quite a bit, but havnet pieced together this: Where is the best place to get the best deal on this mtech rear bumper and the (hopefully soon to be) released LCI diffuser?

Check with Tischer (http://www.trademotion.com/partlocat...72&catalogid=0)

Good prices, great service.

They should have the new diffuser when it becomes available.

Can anyone tell me...

If I swap my 335 E92 mtech rear diffuser for the lci BMW Performance one.... do I still need the little little black plastic strip that fits the gap above the m-tech diffuser? Part # 51127893147 ??

^ well you should have it already from the 335 mtech diffuser... my lci performance diffuser didn't come with that black strip but it IS needed just like on the non-lci diffuser..

Sorry if this question has been answered in other threads, but does the entire M-Tech LCI bumper fit on a pre-LCI E92?

Wait... I just got hit by a cab not too ling ago and need a new rear bumper. I have a 2010 non-Mtec rear bumper right now. Are u telling me I could order a 2011 Rear bumper with that new aero/Mtec (WTF is it exactly)??? And replace my current bumper with no problem? I may go this route instead of getting the Mtec...

Theres no such thing as a LCI rear diffuser. The pix above is off a 335IS, apparently its an insert thats plug n play with the pre LCI/ LCI (both) rear MTEC bumpers. To avoid any more confusion.

The e90/91 rear M sport and BMW Performance bumpers were the same, and the diffusors are interchangeable....so hopefully this will hold true for the coupe versions once they are released. Stay tuned!
^^They are the same for the coupe, arent they?
