After the PPK Kit, I saw 202HP on a Dyno, but not on my car, on a same E90 320d 197HP PPK version......

I'm still running this on my 318D and still happy, no issues at all with the car. It gives the car a nice little kick and make it more fun to drive.
i don't know how it adds up on top of the BMW PPK. Sorry, no dyno results. |

Well, for comparison reasons, I got the dyno results from a same like mine E90 320d (5/2008 - 177HP), with the PPK Kit installed......look below, Red Line is PPK Kit, Black Line is PPK Kit + Racechip Pro installed (in a medium set, not MAX). PPK Kit = 202HP - 390NM PPK Kit + Racechip Pro = 214HP - 450NM So, I wonder what will possibly be the change with CRD-T box, in terms of numbers.....

If you are running the Performance Pack I dont know if the tuning box will still be any use as its designed to sit on top of the OEM stock levels.
Your best option is to speak to Andrew at DTUK.

I used to have a CRD-T on my 177hp 320D. Was brilliant. Just a bit tricky taking the boost connector off.
I sold it when i got my current 335D. Wish i didn't, i thought to myself that i wasn't going to need more power. But more power is better Now i cant decide between a remap or this box |

Hi,
for those interested, today my car has been on a rolling road dyno to test most of maps + settings.......the results are (on flywheel) : Map 1 + 30% = 203,7 ΗΡ - 437 ΝΜ Map 2 + 30% = 204,4 ΗΡ - 454 ΝΜ Map 3 + 30% = 206,5 ΗΡ - 440 ΝΜ The Map4 was tested 3 times, on settings -10%, 0% and +20% and in both 3 tests the car had strange rpm cut off's, making the light safe mode of the engine to engage.......therefore, it was not able to test it..... So I kept Map3 +30% and the car runs OK......not fully satisfied though, compared to the simple PPK figures (192,5 ΗΡ - 397 ΝΜ), just an +14 HP increase ...... look at the dyno photo below....

Thats a good a good run especially the torque. With just the tunning box on the basic map 1 I would usually hit around 200bhp as well.
On last run I recorded 202HP and 399NM and thats with just the performance pack and a straight through exhaust cat back. So still a good gain though might be worth tweaking.
