You can't make up a disability. She obviously had to provide some evidence of her condition. And I don't believe she got anything out of the lawsuit except her money refunded in full.

The dealer holds complete liability as they must perform a certain duty of care and duty to perform in complete honesty in order for the contract to become valid. Since they were completely dishonest in their practices by overcharging and pressuring a vulnerable customer into a deal, the contract becomes void.
