Glad that this all worked out.. You won't be disappointed with the lights.. And when the package arrives, it's exciting.. It is quite a big box. My lights arrived last week and I couldnt be happier.

when i have a problem with a vendor i take it to the vendor and not the boards, should they wish not to make it right i will state the facts and see if that gets their attention... honestly til this day i have not had to use the boards, if you are patient, respectful and understand they are a business and sometimes things cant be done a certain way... alternatives are offered to compensate... no need for FALSE bashing right off the bat.... yesh... seriously... this is like people just straight going to an attorney to sue someone for something negligible... just be honest, tell them its more than you expected and maybe if you didn't make a thread like this they could have given you a coupon for your next order or free shipping on your next order!!!! i've had a vendor give me 20 bucks as a carry forward for something that was out of their control!!! give them a chance...

Sorry OP, but you fail.

Not only are you complaining about $30 when you saved a shitload ordering from a 5 star vendor, but you come on the forum and trash them with an awful title before they can defend themselves.

Seriously, show some discretion and remember that a good reputation is a tough thing to build.

Tischer cancelled my order due to MY mistake in entering credit card information. I didn't know at the time it was my error, but I took it up with Evan and helped me get things on track. I could have come on here and said something stupid about Tischer cancelling my order for no reason and taking 4 hours to respond to me...

Give me a break. Some of you BMW guys make me laugh. Not just you or this post, but other things I see about being cheap and driving a BMW makes me think some of you should have chosen a different car.

The only way this can be resolved properly is with Triumvir3's head on a platter! $50 to the first guy that delivers his head to me in Washington state. Please shrink the head first so that you don't have to contend with the shipping dimensions/cost issue

That's the only problem I see with their online ordering system. It doesn't calculate the shipping cost until they actually put the order through. So it remains a mystery until its charged on your CC. Oh wells, they are in MD so its always cheap for me anyways
