Well, I'm not good at techie terms but to me drone is that annoying noise my magnaflow gave me but adding resonators definitely helped. For all those technical terms I think the local shop can as well elaborate on those.

So, how do you like it? Still out driving it???

Im loving mine still. I heard an 335is in person yesterday, not sure if because it was a DCT or because of the tuning involved, but mine, as a stock 335i and 6mt, is MUCH deeper and louder I think. The mufflers on the 335is say "boysen" on them, where as mine say BMW performance, it has a butterfly valve (golf tee moddable), and the tips are the same as a stock tip on a 335i except it has black chrome. Thats all I could tell.

The CA at the dealer said he didnt like the 335is exhaust, I told him come listen to mine......he thought mine was much better as well. I wasnt impressed with the 335is exhaust. Too mellow and not as deep as mine. Again, may be from the above stated differences though. Also could be beacause of the engine 'tuning' for the extra 20hp.

Too quiet... You want it to sound like a honda?

I think the sound is perfect. You know it is not stock yet not too agressive.

The drone is back!!!! :|

Even affter the dealer looked at its; whats more...I feel some vibration in the driver's seat through my feet when they are resting on the floor of the cabin...this suggests that vibration is coming from the chassis

perhaps part of the exhaust system is touching something

Would the Performance Exhaust and DP's be too loud?

If you don't like the drone I'd gladly take the BMW PE off your hands
