Great numbers and the consistency is what looks the best.

For what it is worth, hp is a good measure of how you tune is doing not torque. Torque on this car is simply a measure of how much boost you want to run down low. Most don't run a ton by choice because it just spins the tires and is worthless. I thought it would be fun to see what I could do by adding more boost down low and put down 560 rwtq. Since the turbo's rpms are so much lower down at peak torque it is much safer on your turbos than higher boost at high rpms. I am sure someone could break 500 rwtq if they just go with 18 psi down low, but it would be worthless.

+1 on worthless torque...as an added bonus you'd most likely break a few halfshafts along the way...but with an LSD it wouldn't be that worthless at all actually...

WOW, are those number at the wheel or fly? If thats at the wheel torque, thats almost double the stock cars flywheel torque (factory numbers).

If it is at the wheels, how is the drivetrain coping with almost 100% more tq?

Sorry for the noob questions

Dynojet = hp/tq at the tires.

I'm not sure how I feel about saying a lot of torque is worthless. Actually I think it's great how much power is available below 5k...as most people would rarely go over 5k in a 'daily drive'

However I understand what FBIS is saying about HP being a good measure.

Why is the Procede line flatter than the JB3?

I just shake my head when I hear the worthless torque term used. I guess most of these guys haven't driven a really high powered car with loads of low end torque. They are the most fun by far and all you need is a little tire on the rear to hook it up decent. I don't see axels being an issue at these power levels unless it a 6 speed launching high on a sticky tire or severe wheel hop.

You mean why is he comparing JB3 (version 1.3 or 1.4?) map 7 on 93 octane @ 15psi to his latest V4 on 100 octane @ 19-20psi? It makes no sense to me so I can't answer that. But the older JB3 93 octane results look great and the new V4 results look great as well.

By flatter I think he meant smoother.

Come on... you, and everyone (with half a brain) knows that this is absolutely not a comparison thread. If it were, I would have stated so in the title or somewhere in the post. I clearly state in original post that important variables have changed...such as fuel and subsequently boost.

That's probably why it has gone 3 pages without being accused of being a comparison.

Those are good numbers for JB3 on Map 7...thus why I left them on..perhaps I should have posted ONLY procede results.

FWIW, It was on 2.0 in March

Both your dynos are great. Your car must be a blast to drive Off topic a little but what tires are you running now? I am in the market for new rubber. (Sending you a PM)
