We have tried this many years before you even thought about owning a BMW. You would get a lot better turnout doing one or two big ones a year during the summer. In the past we have run with BMFeast, Paul Miller Fest, East Coast meet 2007, and our annual Bear
Mtn BBQ sponsored by a BMW dealership.

Everyone on here knows that Thursday meets are in westbury, or recently the euro guys have been meeting up in CB. Sure its a bit of an extra drive for you but the crowd is a lot more mature. But to hang out with good people i will make the extra effort to. You dont have to make a thread about it every week. Just add on to the original one. We are already tight on bandwidth as it is, and if you keep doing it you will be certain to catch a message from the moderators and they will get deleted.

yea I understand matt, but thats not the way she put it.

Like I said, I aint starting anymore meet threads, so there won't be any problems in that department.

Listen guys no1 forces anyone to go to all these meets. If u don't want to go than don't go. If it annoys u, than ignore it. Dam so much complaining. All I hear is whayyyy wahyyyy

K ladies enough bickering. Panda you need to take it easy and stop taking it so hard. I know you wanna be the man everyone knows who sets up meets, but sometimes its the things you dont do that make people recognize who you are.

As i said before, this is how event threads always turn out. There are a lot of people who like to do things other than drive and talk just about cars and sit in a parking lot. When you get to be my age or even Jakes age (sorry bro, i had to go there

) you will realize its not all about all the meets you go to.

Mature a little bit, you are about to find out very quickly how many of us stick together. Mess with the beehive and you will irritate a lot of us. Ask Wu, his cocky attitude and threats got him nowhere both on and off this forum. Since then hes been a great guy....you learn quickly and you will be better off and people wont rag on you all the time.

Just a little advice...not trying to crash your party but when the elders speak listen. You just might learn something that will keep you from putting your foot in your mouth you know?

Please, don't put words in my mouth, like I said I started this thread cause I figured "oh i'm going to be there, why not see if anyone else would like to go" THAT WAS ALL MY INTENTIONS WERE, never did I pm massive amounts of people for this SPECIFIC event about coming here, I did for the Hamptons one cause its actually a day thing, and this thing I'm going to tomorrow is nothing really to jump for joy about...but again I figured maybe some people may want to stop by on a Tuesday night if they had nothing to do...

Third, there are others just instigating/cracking jokes and making it even worse? and their suppose to be the "older" ones right?
Fourth, listen when elders speak?? did I not just tell you, you were right and I understood? The issue at hand here is the way others tried to go about telling me, if they would of just stated like you did in your earlier post, would of been much better.
Fifth, who ever had a problem with something that I was doing, you could of just pm'd me nicely and made this discrete, and I would of totally understood your point of view, but instead, this thread gets jacked up to the 10th power, and you expect me to sit here and be quiet while I'm being disrespected?

I don't think so. Yea I get your point Matt, and yea I'll stop making events, but thats all that has to be said, and it could of been done in a different manner.

I don't care to argue about this any longer, cause its stupid, and I believe we all joined this community for the love of bimmers, and that if we were looking for a fight it would be against someone owning a Mustang or a G37. Like I said for the 4th time, I won't be making any more event threads, so there should be no future problems.

So I'll just be the bigger person here and apologize to whoever that I may have "harassed" or "irritated" regards to this issue. No hard feelings with anyone.
