Unfortunately no... ran into an issue when changing my headlights out so I decided to keep everything stock till I get the headlight fixed. Hopefully I'll have time this weekend to change the AE's out. But please remember I will be comparing a LUX 5.0 bulb (well over a year old) versus a brand new MTEC v3 bulb.

@FreshPrince335xi, Are your HID's in the fogs OEM? Are the bulbs in the fogs HID's from the dealer? I don't know much about the fogs but would like to know more. If you got different ones what brand/type are they?

In other words, how do you go about matching the LUX brightness in the angel eyes to the fogs?

Mtec FTW.
My RD light went out and just replaces it with Mtec. It is twice brighter and love it. Sonic tuning has great customer service and extremely fast shipping. They sent the bulb out to me on Saturday (placed my order on late Fri night)and got it Monday!

I had first E90/E91 RD LED ANGEL EYE V2 6W, after that a defect has agreed to supplement the MTEC BMW E90 LED ANGEL EYE V2 bought, now there is a defect of the MTEC gone, what now, still no response of E92-Lighting.com had all that there is now a MTEC V3?

ok so i been really wanting oss ae's...but luis is nowhere to be found...plus im currently on the brokesh side...i wanted to go with lux instead but i see them on their site for 245 and i hear the mtech are like 150sh? i have an e92 i checked sonictuning they only have for the e90s...are the lux that much better? i mean ill settle for the mtechs if their just as good at 50-100 cheaper 245 sounds like alot...anyone know where to find the mtechs for cheapest(e92 not e90 pre lci)?

If you have a E92 then you are looking at the wrong products. this thread is talking about the E90 pre-lci sedan, and you have a e92 coupe.

But the OP also has a prelci e90. Not sure if they make MTEC V3 for e92 but I don't think they do. They do have LUX H8 for the e92 which is imo the best option without going into OSS/LS3 territory.
