Those 18's just look right.
I'm not a size freak, I just think it depends on the wheel (hilariously my Greenline Octavia rolls on 15's) I think 19" 230's look perfect but think 225's look too big, but I think those are spot on. |

I'll be the spoiler then Del.
I think the 19" M3 wheels are much nicer looking! But, as I understand it, the 18" wheels work best with the car and if getting the best out of your car is your number one priority, then who gives a toss about the relative aesthetic merits. |

lovely car....:thumbsup Are you still grinning?:.
Be very careful with getting in and out of the seats to avoid wear on the bolsters. Gliptome now stock Fox Red dye as I sent them a headrest. I bet you're amazed at the grip and the almost complete lack of wheel spin in the dry given the engine's performance. The 19" forged and polished wheels are gorgeous and incredibly light and really suit the car. Have fun with the seat lumbar and width adjustments so that you can really wedge yourself in and have great fun going around roundabouts Pls post some more when you have driven the car for a while. Everytime I start mine, it still gives me a buzz and is so good to drive. That is when it's not back at the dealer |

You've hit the nail Ian, it was the sidewalls that made them look odd. I even find it strange that all or 335d and i's have 30 profile on the rear and the M3 has 35 all round, which combined with the extra width makes them even taller.

Thought those wheels weren't going on?
They look great tho, and the black grilles finish the front off. Defo need the chrome indicator housings changing to black or CF now IMO - there was a set of CF ones to match the roof weave for sale last week - proper housings as well, not just the covers. Needs a drop as well now |

They wasn't at first, but me and the Wife came close to a divorce because of me faffing around with them, plus they were filling up her lock up, glad I put them on now though.
Drop isn’t going to happen, but agree re the repeaters, just waiting for a set at a good price to come along |
