My boyfriend loves my 6 series. Although for different reasons than I do I think. When I told him I'd rather have an M6 he said "Why, it looks almost the same"

She thinks it's boring and slow and lame as fuck. Of course she's completely on point about it. I drive a base model snoozaru impreza. She drives a Mini Cooper S so she's completely justified.

My GF doesnt have a say in it. I dont bitch about how much $$ she spends on her shoes and purses, and she doesnt tell me what i get to do to my cars.

And if i get married, same rule will apply.

Other then that, shes glad that i have a hobby that doesnt involve anything illegal.

My (now) ex girlfriend was neither here nor there about it.

Until she had to drive me to hospital in it. She flogged it and really drove it hard. I could tell she enjoyed doing that trip (despite my rapidly deteriorating condition!)

But she's one of those "a car is just a means to get from A to B". To which I described "Wouldn't you prefer getting there in style, more comfortably, and safer?"
