LOL...they did the same thing to me last HPF thread where he posted his E46 video that was 6 minutes long, last 45 seconds was about E92.....I'm sure this one will get deleted also.

Screen shot for fun!

I've been debating putting my stock exhaust back on after 2.5 years running catless...sound at WOT is intoxicating but even slight drone at 2k on my daily driver really sucks especially when I'm tired after work..

...and AE is probably best out there when it comes to drone..
Which exhaust do you have ?

This is SO true. Captured Audience... Anyone want a lightly used AE exhaust with HFC cats? PM me.

Blatant threadjack :/

So no price?

EDIT

http://www.horsepowerfreaks.com/part...ems/335i/17308

I could have a custom exhaust built for $1500 like this at a local shop. $2K doesn't surprise me..it's HPF...shiny and mark up the price.

On this section of e90post, we can't post links to our site or prices. I didn't realize that when I created this thread.

Dang. I like your exhaust but you just priced it way too much. We're talking about no muffler here.

If this actually has no drone, I'll be extremely impressed....I just can't see how it wouldn't.

Yea, I think a lot of people would buy it if there was no drone. That would be an awesome accomplishment.

The stock exhaust on the 135 uses a larger rubber knob thing (lol) that takes the vibrations from the exhaust and mellows them out. Im not sure if the 335 has one...or two?

Drone can be reduced or eliminated by using these rubber isolators. Some of the aftermarket exhaust companys use some form of them in their systems.

I would name them...but my post will get deleted, and helpful information will be lost.

I will sell my AA gen. 1 exhaust for a fair price and I will get this and do a full review on it. I think im up near the top of the list for the exhaust. Let me know if anyone is interested.
