i've been wonder...would the underpanel (the black plastic that covers the whole bottom) fit with the mtech bumpers or are there new ones?

Definitely want to see some pics very interested. Do you know what's the paint quality is going to be like? Does it match OEM quality (w/o peel or crappy clearcoat)

It will fit the m-tech bumper.

Paint is just like the parts......guaranteed to be of good quality.

Anyone have any idea how much would it cost if I have a local body shop to install both front & back....maybe an estimate?

if it is the same measurements. Then i am in, because I understand it fits the 3D style lip thats for m-tech only.

Diffuser is included either painted black or body color.
There will not be a CF version.

Pricing will vary from shop to shop and area to area. So you might want to ask around to get an idea from your local shops.

It comes black standard but you can also request to have it painted body color.
