Dear Friends and TopLine members,

Since the beginning of TopLine, there was an absence of rules and standards set up, that could have made the club right. As the organization grew, our original missions were lost. We were built upon the mission to promote that automobile enthusiasm and passion for driving does not mean a passion for illegal driving activities. But there were members who did not obey the law and have TopLine stickers. Such small incidents can ruin all members’ reputations, are difficult to fix, and cannot further be continued. And so, TopLine must be shut down. I also suggest that members must remove all TopLine stickers from their cars. Thank you for all your support as we look forward to use this experience to create a new club for the future soon.

Simple rule of thumb is to not hand out your stickers just cause people want one. You'll never see any "1013MM" cars drive like a douche.
