Space constraints- yes...manifold issues- yes, but please remember this thing was designed for a single turbo resolving a few issues with one is a lot easier than 2, this type of upgrade would be much easier than the single we (never) saw on the N54...

Going from 2 to 1 is always easier than 1 to 2, not that anyone is going from a single to a twin but you get my point...also, i don't see how it can be ANY easier to tune the N55 for a big turbo vs the N54...actually, with valvetronic on the N55 its actually WAY harder...

There are/will be more issues tuning the N55 due to valvetronic than the N54 without it...maybe ask Shiv or do a bit of your own research... |

I dont see how you can compare two different turbo set ups and say one engine is better because of the power it makes downlow. You can very well say that 15psi on a n55 up top is lower then 15psi on a n54 up top. Does that mean the n54 is better? No, it means the turbos flow better up top. Slam a fully bolted n54 with 15-16 psi at 3k and you will make over 400wtq just as easy.

I dunno, add a proper meth kit with race gas for this bad boy and some slicks to launch it right...
who knows? 120 MPH maybe? Whoever does it, don't do it under any circumstance at SAC, the results are always sketch. 114-115 has been trapped before consistently on a proper track without meth and half these parts weren't even available yet. Somebody do this with a manual tranny so as to not blame everything on a fast yet un-launchable DCT. |

Hey guys, I realize these are really old posts, it's my only source of information. I have called Procede and they have no information for me as they haven't made a piggy back system for years. I bought a Vishnu Procede v5 off eBay. The Procede website says it works on ANY n55 2011 and up. I have a 2013 F30 335i, all the plugs and sensors are exactly where the instructions say, except for CANBUS. There is no ECU box under my hood as there is in an e90 and no CANBUS wires to access. Is there ANY way to make this system work on an F30??? Or am I out $300???

Thank you. I found that out after the fact. Didn't want to pass up on a $750 (msrp) programmer for $300. Fortunately I was given a full refund (minus return shipping of $12). I ended up getting a JB Stage 1 from BMS to start, JB4 will come afterward.

You just wasted more money, get the JB4 from the start.
