It must easier to "lemon" in different states. I bought a lemon from CA. They gave me the vehicle history HPFP replaced (before it was a recall), "permanent audio malfunction" fixed an coolant line leak....becuz of those "minor" problems I flew accros the us and got a 30k car for 20k.....long live the lemon!

How do you figure that? I don't think normal maintenance calls for changing plugs, fuel pumps, etc within 39k miles. If you read the OCD manual, maybe the plugs -- maybe -- but not per mfgr spec, right?

Otherwise fairwell, moving onto another car.

Sounds like a sweet deal. I went through a buyback and terms were um, different, than this. You got a good deal -- congrats. Wonder why BMW would do it this way, given the clamp down on warranty expenses, etc that I hear about...

That is horrible. My DME failure suddenly does not sound that bad anymore. Good Luck.

hey guys, im having a very similar problem. i bought a 2009 335i CPO in june with 5x,xxx miles. since the first week i've been having problems with it. brakes were shot, waste gate needed to be replaced, spark plugs, since it was misfiring, brake lights out, injectors had to be replaced, coil packs replaced, catalyst melted and was replaced along with several other minor things. the car still makes a rattling noise and 2 nights ago my blue tooth, satelite radio and usb dont work, it just makes a clicking sound like its short circuiting. ive only had the car for a few months and have brought it in to be services 7-8 times already if not more. i called bmw na and im trying to get them to help me out either buy it back or give me a damn good deal on a new car/trade in. im so confused and aggravated. anyone have any advice? bmw of turnersville (where i bought the car) said i shouldnt be having all these issues but to be honest they dont give a shit about it.

Try another dealer.....with it being CPO'd you can bring it in and bug them until these are resolved.

I had problems with a CPO'd 335 and I took it to my local dealer (after purchasing it in Philly) and they took care of everything.

Its a hassle, but the squeaky wheel gets the grease! Don't give in, these are great cars when they're ironed out.

Nothing's ever easy in NJ, but like bigdaddy just said, bring it to another dealer. See if that helps first. If not, then maybe try to get the law on your side.

I have the same issue with the squeaky wheels, where do you apply the grease?

Word of advice, get a lawyer now. If you aren't capitalizing the first letter in your sentences it will surely help out. I mean this as no insult.

Every car has problems, there are a few known and easily fixable on the n54. I wouldn't toss out a whole type of car based on a few people reporting some problems.

NA is just too slow!

I had injectors go out after I bought my car. Also it seems like when one break light goes out you're better to replace them all because after replacing one I had two more go out that same week. I've also had my pads replace, plugs, HPFP twice, HID bulb, halo bulb... But I love my car, valve cover oil leak and all. Good luck OP. If a BMW 335 blows your doors off, it was probably me.
