Hi-- We shipped out a bunch of kits today. Mostly overnight and saturday deliveries. More to ship out on Monday. I don't know your real name but I know we did ship at least couple of kits to NJ today. Best case scenario is that your kit was shipped out today. Worst case is that it will go out on Monday. We just got our shipment of PROcedes in yesterday from our manufacturer so we're running at 10/10ths right now. Even during this weekend.

Be careful what you ask for. I agree that it has taken longer than advertised to receive the PROcede. HOWEVER, have you ever seen such great customer service and transparent R&D? These guys are great--they are just a bit overwhelmed by their volume of orders temporarily. I wouldn't want to lose the communication in exchange for faster service.

I think these angry folks could be somewhat appeased if you start a progress/ETA chart on your forum.

List who's ordered, when they ordered, % complete, expected ship date and actual. Then they wont have to wonder whats going on.

Just a thought. None of us know exactly how many orders you have (assuming a lot), or how thin your being spread right now. It may put things in perspective

BTW... I was charged a total of $1380. Deposit $260. Balance $1040. Recent $80 for code reader. Just thought you should let people know the code reader is $80. Before you said it was $65. No biggie.

I've got a nervous stomach I'm so excited.
