The other stipulation for our production manager is if he has an accident and found to be drunk the insurance will be invalid.
If i do get 3 points i will tell our broker but it won't make any difference tbh our insurance is quite good and don't seem bothered about speeding. Even with an X5 my insurance is the same as everyones else's except my excess is £500 because i'm under 25, im 25 in september so it will drop to £100. I can drive any car i want at no extra cost which is a benefit of fleet insurance policys.

ive just got mine through the post saturday flashed doing 48mph in a 40 as some dick cut in behind me and i was nearly rammed up the arse end.
anyway i got a leaflet saying if i reply quickly i may get a speed awareness course which i would do as i have a spotless license so i have even put a first class stamp on the reply envelope.

The "Speed Awareness" Course is only offered if you are within a specific range over the speed limit and you haven't done one in the last 3 years.
I was offered one of these when I was caught by a cop with a mobile speed camera. I had just come off the motorway onto a country road. The cop was in the road just on a bend so no chance of seeing him till it was too late but luckily my road angel went off and I was able to slow down enough. If it's offered take it! Pay the money attend the course and keep your clean licence!
