Easy cheap mods for a beginner?

I am a newbie and have found it difficult to find black lines and the short shift knob... any resources for these items?

my first mod was my euro license plates. havent got a ticket for em yet! ;-) the people here are so stupid. lol they think im a diplomat. agter that i got a chrome trunk lid, and then i de badged. next i got the chrome eyebrows. i recently got my HAMANN trunk spoiler lip, and a custom made front apron to beef up the front, but they haven't gotten painted yet. dont worry though, ill get blacklines and a carbon fiber roundel next! ill post pictures soon.

PS: can someone see if they can get me exhaust tips for a 320i? they have a diff. exhuast system then a 325 etc. so its a bitch to find!

Blacklines are a must!!

Short shifter is a cheap and easy install too!

got my blacklines and it like $200, a little more expensive than some other BMW dealers but not much.

15% mirror tint all the way around was my first upgrade and it really improves the look of the car. I also got valve caps which I think makes a difference and is really cheap

- M3 Wheel
- M Shortshifter
- Aluminun Pedals
- OEM Aero Front Lip
- BF G RE050 Rubber on iForged Seneka Wheels F19x8, R19x10, Hyper Gunmetal
- Paint Matched Reflectors
- Matt Black Kidneys
- Procede to come....
and thinking about Rorsa CF Blk interior..very hot look...

Can't wait...Just gotta get the dammmmmmm thing here so I can play...

Why not the rear spoiler??? And what are blacklines that everyone is talking about?

No "good" back spoiler for the coupe yet. Will wait for the M3 to come out and then get the nice, small "M" spoiler for the back....Only one that looks good I think.

Blacklines...Are they just for the 330 or for the coupe as well?? anyone??

?? blacklines are a different tail light on the e90's..they dont have any for e92's yet..they make a difference..just use the

to look up blacklines and see what they look like..id get them if i had an e90

this is a good picture which shows what blacklines are..as you can see they are indeed different..the red in the tail light is slightly darker and the upper part are both a dark greyish white..also if you go back to the cosmetic modifications forum theres a sticky called "Blacklines FAQ" up top..just look at that thread
