No way is BMW blocking Piggy back signals. Remove a flash sure. Increase the lag, ill buy that too. blocking 4- 5psi.... no way! Check your waste gate actuator on the side everyone is getting hung up on. That HPFP is really no where's near that but if your tune is working right then there must be a mechanical reason you are not reaching target. VAC leak to the wastegates is a common occurrence after an in depth service. Techs check that the wastegates are working and set to the right resistance and then heavy-handendly replace the vac lines in a hurry. I have twice now found vac leaks after a service.

Didnt say it was blocking the tunes.
If BMW adds code to their software or changes some of the code and you dont change the tune software accordingly then that could create a problem. When BMW makes a new change to a component or setting that was being managed by a tune software a reflash does nto always take care of it because the reflash may be written for the old coding and not work on the newer BMW version. This is one reason that tune softweare and programs are updated to adjust for changes that BMWmakes.
