If you want the fastest car in your city, sell your BMW and get a naturally aspirated car. If you in fact live in Utah, your elevation is killing the power of your turbos. You need to research a lot more before you wrap yourself around a tree. Full bolt ons is more than enough power, even for a somewhat experienced driver like me.

Best advice ever! OP you don't need to research this, just go out and do this as fast as possible. He did all the homework for you.

don't do it OP. sounds like you might have the money but not the know-how to have a highly modified vehicle. the more you mod it the more unreliable it becomes. i wouldn't recommend that path to anyone that doesn't know a lot about cars. put that money towards a better/faster car. mercedes c63 comes to mind. if speed is all you want then get a corvette z06 or gtr

Turbos can compensate for altitude. NA cars suffer more than turbo cars.

You guys are way too harsh. I actually think OP meant to say "UPGRADED" turbos, IC, exhaust, etc. The guy's just looking for a package deal.
