I'm sorry to say my friend who works for the small video production company isn't going to make the meet on Saturday, because of work commitments. I'll try to find someone else who might be interested in filming & videoing our cars.

Meeting up at 2pm will give us about 2 hours of remaining daylight, for taking photos etc.
Does everyone think that's ok, or should we meet a little earlier?

I think 2pm should be ok, this time suited everyone who's said yes. And two hours of daylight should be more than enough!

Ok- 2pm it is then.

I spoke to another friend about coming with me to Donington for our meet.
He works for the IT department of a local college & has told me he will bring along the DV (broadcast quality) camera & the 12 megapixel stills camera!

So, any ideas for a short film and photo shoot?
