Go to the Adams Field parking lot a little southeast of the actual field.

For West/Central's driving in, here are approximate times to Adams Field:
Grand Rapids: 2.5hrs
Kalamazoo: 2.25 hrs
Lansing: 1.5 hrs

We'll hop on the Lodge (M-10) straight to Cobo. It's opening day to the public so traffic may not be favorable.

Ticket Pricing
Adults: $12 per person
E-Tickets: $12 per person
Any Day Pass, Group Ticket: $8 with a purchase of 30 tickets or more
Seniors: $6 (65 and older)
Children: $6 (7-12 years old; 6 and under free with a parent or guardian)

You can check in coats at the auto show and it's about $1 or so, I don't remember off hand.

For those of you in Lansing, meet at the SHAW ramp at MSU at 9:30 AM. We are meeting at the TOP Floor. Parking should be FREE Mike Lu will be there hosting the meet until we roll out to Detroit. We will leave for Detroit at approximately 10:00 AM From there when we get to Detroit, we will meet up with J-Spec Dan around 11:30-Noon. Brief meet, then the SHOW!

EDIT: There are some things happening after the show. Apparently, some other Detroit people are hosting a meet/show for bimmers. I'll get you that info at the show prior to purchasing tickets. i might be able to meet you guys there in MSU with some fellas however i was worried about parking in Detroit for the show at noon, because we wont be able to be there until 11:30 apparently.. and tons of people there

that's my concern about arrive 'late.' i'm not confident we can all park together. may have to split up. there should be ample parking not only on the roof but also the garages next to cobo.

Good we'll be at the top of SHAW ramp at the time I listed above. Don't worry about detroit parking because we'll be at a ramp for that too. COBO Roof.

UPDATE: Western folks and EL folks, PLEASE READ this, the gathering location had just been changed to the Basement of the Shaw Ramp, NOT the top floor any more due to the SNOW. There're two floors underground, please go down to the lowest floor and we will start gathering people at 9:30am, I'll bring bagels, donuts and cups of coffee for everybody who shows up. We will leave the Ramp promptly at 10:00am, so if you plan to come, please show up before 10:00am.

BTW, just saw your car at the ramp when I went to the Ramp earlier today, it looks hot, you should bring it to the meet tmr.
