Let's talk MPG

06 325i 6M, my average over the lifetime of the car (58,000 miles) is 27 mpg. I usually average 24.5 per tank with mostly in town (not stop and go) driving.

Here are some tips I have used to maximize (coincidently the article is written having done testing on an 06 330i 6M)

I get 16.6 mpg... Hmm, not so good.
It's been this bad ever since I got my BMW performance exhaust. I blame myself for these numbers lol.

I feel your pain, I guess some of us are just more loud pedal friendly than others
