I found that 42mm Festoon you linked above in a 44mm size. Do you think that would be brighter than the 44mm Festoon 9 LED you installed, or no? Thanks, San

ok im planning on buying these any day now.
Here's what i'm thinking: 2- 24 LED's for the 2 dome lights 3- 6 LED's for under the driver and passenger and glove box 1- 12 LED for the trunk. Anything else I need? I'm getting all these from bavauto.com. I'm wondering how easy it is to do, and if you think it will look good. any input would be appreciated

The 6LEDs doesn't seem to fit in driver passenger foot wells, and under doors. The fitment of the 12LED in the trunk light housing is tight as well.

yeah, I dont know if the 6 LED will fit in the footwell area. The 6 LED does work in the glove box and it looks really good. Perhaps buy one 6 LED for the glove box and try it in the footwell area first. I used the ones listed on the first page for my footwells and they are perfect. I would also order the ones for under the doors if you have those.

What about the lights in the E92 that are in the footwells of the rear passengers?

the rear footwell LED lights dont shine too bright. I have them as LED's to match, but I have thought about turning them back to the regular lights. Also, the vanity mirror LEDs suck. Im chaning them back to regular lights as well.

I installed all the LEDs and so far the only ones that are working fine are the two dome lights and the lights in the vanity mirrors.
None of the LEDs I installed in the doors or foot wells are working. Anyone have any ideas why? I'm going to put all the original bulbs back in and see if they are still working. Maybe I blew a fuse? |

try switching them around, similar to a + and - on a battery.

The replacement LED bulbs that i'm having trouble with can only be plugged in one way. There's no way that I have the + and - in the wrong order.
Sinchan, Kev, any ideas? |

Okay you probably got 168's instead of 194s or vice versa. If the bulb looks like this on the bottom (|U ) where the | is the prong, fold it on both sides over the bottom of the bulb so now the bulb looks like this ( U|) and everything should work fine. I know my graphics arent the best but that should work.
