Like others, I'm having long crank issues on warm starts only. I've had my HPFP and spark plugs replaced. The problem still exists. Based on this thread, diagnosing this issue isn't worth the potential thousands of dollars it might cost with no guarantee of resolution.

Low pressure fuel sensor can cause long warm start. I had the same issue but mine ended up being the hpfp
