Or did you just use Paint
Paul, I can categorically state that Carlos has never been on the same S.H.I.T. course as Sergei.

Sergei spent a good 3 months on it, before getting kicked off, for bothering to neither instruct nor teach.

Carlos didn't actually get past the course's entry requirement- BoTTLE (bothering to totally listen to everyone)!

I was really proud of my photo-shopping .. took me hours and my tea got cold while I was doing it.

NFS, without doubt, it's the most realistic 'PChop' I've yet seen from you!

There again, who can say Carlos wouldn't actually look like that?

Still can't believe you haven't read the manual. If this is indicative of how you do your job ....

You are not literate. Even if it was in Italian you wouldn't read it.

Attention span of a simple goldfish ....

It will take an evening to read through the manual from cover to cover. Or pop it by your bed and read it in the evening (a chapter at a time). It would cut down on your inane posts that repeatedly highlight the fact you haven't even bothered to read the manual. It is simple common sense and smart. Go on, prove me wrong and read the thing.

In fact some are so well hidden that I haven't found them yet.

Engine oil choice for the 335d

Morning everyone!

I am now approaching 2000 miles with my car, and was thinking of checking the oil level later. I only ever open the bonnet for 3 reasons: 1) Admire the engine 2) fill up the windscreen washer 3) check the oil level. And customary with forum tradition, I have not the read the manual

Can people please comment on what oil i should use for topping up? Dealer? Mobil? Castrol? which rating?

As always thanks for your help

oil supplied by dealer

Am i the only one who had my bmw supplied with a torch and a 1ltr container of oil in a silly bmw bag .I noticed on my invoice i had been charged £11.50p for oil top up i assumed this was bmw being tight so when i collected the car and the salesman was going over a few things he explained due to the time between services etc it had been noted the amount of calls regarding what oil to add/top up with.

so there service manager suggested all new cars be supplied with the correct oil so we can adjust oil levels as required,i thought if they were selling 2000 cars a year from there it was 2000 x £11.50 just another way of getting £23k in turnover .but it does seem quite a good idea now

I received a bottle of the Castrol SLX Professional Powerflow LL04 to top the 335D up today (Half way on the dipstick 5 mins after running)

When I asked, I was told its the same oil for petrol and Diesel.

Exactly what the dealer told me today. Apparently the M cars use different oil.
