These are my settings for the interface,

only thing weird i see is the oil temp when it should like 247 why does it show less.

Also still same issue. Car not pulling right added more e85 per terry so total 6 gals in full tanks.

Im gonna put the g4 back and see the difference.

You are running 70 open loop and you're wondering why your AFR is dangerously lean. Raise it to 95 with the same E85 blend and try again.

I also think your wastegate solenoids are dying. They don't die overnight, they get worse over time. $110 each to replace. Usually it's one that goes bad, so it may not cost you the full amount. But yes, easy to DIY.

you trim out? What exactly do you mean?

edit- go back to default settings, then change open loop to 95. You zeroed out your AFR bias which means it is attempting to target the stock AFR curve. And you're STILL leaning out so you're fuel starved.

I mean trims go way over 50.

Long story short. I had g4 board easily getting high boost like 17 psi.

But as soon I went to g5 iso start having all these issues. Can not over 16 psi even have 6 gals of e85.

No kidding, which is why i said raise your open loop which will mean lower trims.

you're not reading my responses. One or both of your wastegate solenoids may be going bad. Go back to G4 then and see if it still happens. Then you can rule hardware out.

I read you response. Sorry what's the best place to get boost solenoid locally or have to go online.

You just solved your own problem. Your open loop was 95 on G4 and 70 on ISO. Do that first. If you're still having boost issues after you resolve the fuel issue, it's hardware. Those settings you entered for PID and lagfix look fine.

why are your AFR settings set to 0? Have you tried the default settings for the ISO board yet? You are running dangerously lean, I would NOT do any WOT throttle until you fix your AFR ratio's

Also, +1 on your boost solenoids, they are dying. ISO is probably amplifying the fact that it's dying.

I was advised by Terry to change afr to 0. He had me do the same when I had g4 18ohm board.

@spool I wanna know if I solder the diodes back there is no way to go back to regular g5. I really don't wanna go through sending it back to Terry for swap.

Also I have extended warranty on car how can I get the solenoids changed.

He advised you those settings on the G4 board. Why not try the standard settings on the ISO board? Your car is starving for fuel

Ok guys I solder the diodes and uploaded the 10/1 firmware. Changed the pid to 10 and shift reduction to 5 and straight better result car pulled stronger and I started losing traction again. I will log it later and update u guys. I'm sure will need to do little tweaks. Thx

The full zero has been recommended by Terry is a number of cases, My Map 6 runs zero's. I think he has other issues one being he does not listen & will not return to default settings & start over. He also complicated the process by running old software.
