Hey wedge, thanks for the props man. we still haven't touched much on the spool side of things. Tuned it for peak HP, me and D will be working on it, and the production kit will spool much differently, making a few changes. But I would say over 500 ft lbs of tq from 4700 to redline is yes very drivable. Also, If I remember correctly at Shift Sector you told me you were thinking about switching over to Cobb over the Procede. Do you still plan on doing this? If so let me know, I will hook you up directly with D and get you tuned right after you make the switch, so you can get it dialed in quick.

I'm kicking around the thought of playing. Just put my car back to stock for turbo replacement under CPO.

I have Dz's number, so if I go that route I'll give him a call. Good luck with the tuning.

My comment about the 30psi wasn't meant to be underhanded, it's awesome that the motor is taking it. It means the glory runs are coming

Why do you need a reason? You can go out and turn up boost to 100% duty cycle and go at it balls out, but at the end of the day there is a lot more that goes into tuning that just throwing 30psi at an engine. Little steps are needed to hit peak power. Dyno testing is great and shows peak power, but if you can't put that power down once you roll off the dyno what do you have at the end of the day?

Just to be clear, these were not glory runs. I posted 5 runs making close to the same power, the car made many many runs at 28 psi and above and shook it off like it was nothing. A glory run is a one run where throw everything you can at it and hope it doesn't break, that's not how D tunes, he is prob the safest most methodical tuner I have ever worked with.

This is exciting. I hope we can keep the bickering to a minimum and the tuning to a maximum. I can't believe the capabilities of these motors!

It slips with rb's and 500whp , I don't think it will hold up well at all with this kit. People are better off with 6mt until someone comes out with a legit at upgrade..

+1 I can't wait to see these on E85 and also what they put out when Terry gets his hands on a kit. I really want to grab a kit but need to take a break from modding and save up some money

I'm curious how the Meth was configured and working alongside cobb? Was a jb4 used to manage the meth or another type of controller?
