I had this same problem with the fan running on high all the time even when it was cool out. I just changed the thermostat as it was the problem when I took it to BMW to get shadow codes read. If you let it go I believe it will kill both the thermostat and pump so if you take care of it early you only have to do the thermostat. About $700 at an Indy repair shop.

Mine like to sit around 19xF water and 23xF oil.

Typically runs higher oil temp on the highway and around 220F around town.

I usually see between 97-103. This is summer temps but it should be around the same in the winter if I'm not mistaken. The thermostat should regulate this so no matter what the outside temp is the coolant stays around 100. My brothers E46 has a thermostats stuck open and it never reached operating temperature. If you never see above 78 I would look into that

I have n52 xi 06 and today check engine pop on my dashboard and scanning it i get this codes. My engine temperature says 175.2 F ¿ is that normal?
