What kind of tires? Sports suspension? Did you try any of the other fun adjacent roads where you can let her rip more? I guess if it were raining I probably wouldn't have let her rip much. I'm a sissy in the rain. Well, somewhat in the dry too.

Just got the yellow engine with a slash through it light. It probably happened because I went wide-open-throttle right after starting?

I checked with the ScanGauge II and it showed no codes. Started the car again and yellow engine light was off.

The 335d is bone-stock other than the JBD Tuner. Tires are the Conti RFT that came with it. Pretty decent grip when warm; better than I had expected anyway.

We just did the Blueridge Parkway today as well as some back roads between Bryson City, Cherokee, and Franklin, NC.

Really impressed with the "d" overall, must be awesome with Sport or M packages? My wife would prefer the stock suspension for daily driving, as would I.

Was this a cold start?

Indeed it was a start, though not 100% "cold." Had been driving hard most if the day, stopped at the grocery store, started and got on it, then got the terrible yellow engine has no power light.

Had no problems driving back home today though.

+1. I wait at least a minute or two before driving like a maniac on 100% JBD.
