That first yellow light indicator is for the fog lights. I disconnected one of mine because it was broken, and I removed the bulb from the harness so it wouldnt get damaged while I drove around without the foglight housing. I have that light every time I start the car. If you are trying to find a short, I would start with the harness that plugs into the foglights, or the bulb itself.
