12.06V does not look bad but you should take the readings of the battery when it is on the car and not when the battery is taken out of the car.

Had RAC come over to diagnose. They could start car fine via jump, removed battery and underneath the battery tray, water had eaten trough the battery cable that goes underneath, and that was somehow shorting.
I guess I will need to take it to someone to replace it!
