Amazing.
Pure gold, to go from Quote:

I'm no dealer, but many punters who are interesting in BMWs know what an AUC car is. Is it just me that finds the "please please come round for tea and biscuits - I want names, names" slightly menacing? Sounds more like "come round for dark alley and baseball bats" to me. Seems a rather pathetic attempt to try and imply many on here are dealers or are not real customers - but its failing as its patently obvious many are not dealers and have been to Big and had poor experiences. I've never been to Big, but have seen enough on here to be convinced: a) they alledgedly have a direct policy of advertising lots of high spec, low mileage cars at tempting prices that they don't own. The lot is probably full of poverty spec hard to shift nails that they try and flog to poor punters they have lured with the phantom cars. Sadly if their motoring awards are to be believed, this appears to work to some punters. b) it seems they are alledgedly not adverse to swapping parts around to hide faults. A visit could be interesting if you: 1. Note down all the cars on their website, and 2. See how many of those actually exist on their lot. Whos betting the ratio would be 50% or less!!?! |

If they do, they'd see something like this- it's been the first hit on Google for quite some time now: Just bookmark this & then, if you've got any spare time, possibly as a result of being stuck in the snow with your summer tyres on, you can see if the link to our forum moves any further down Google's search page, although I'm guessing it won't do that any time soon: http://bit.ly/BMW0r1d If you bookmark the link below, you should arrive at this thread itself: http://bit.ly/E90POST I've tried to make the links quite memorable, so you won't forget them very easily. I hope this helps you in some small way. Should you need any further help in 'digging your own grave', then please don't hesitate to get in touch. As this thread has now hit over 63000 hits, perhaps we can organise some sort of party when it hits the 75k mark- 70s fancy dress, horror, Arthur Daley look-a-likes, Polish migrants, Indian call centre staff- whatever theme takes your fancy? We could possibly discuss ways in which we may be able to help promote your business further & perhaps provide your staff with some form of customer service training? Will tells me that he has the Achievement in Recognised Service Excellence (ARSE) award in this area, so we may be able to let him off the leash, quite literally & let him work his magic on your staff. Just so you can prepare the drinks, I'm quite partial to Aftershock Silver & Tony will happily drink any thoroughly expensive Cognac. The other forum members will drink anything on offer, as long as it's in date. Well, no, they'll actually drink it, even if it's out of date. I think sausage rolls & pretzels will do for Will, but I think the rest of us will probably require something a little more substantial- perhaps a hog roast could be prepared over the course of the day & we can then just pick at it as & when we like? I've now forgotten about the vegetarians, so I'll collate a list of names & their requirements & have someone fax, email, text, Skype, Tweet, Facebook, post & telephone it over to you, just in case you happen to lose it, at the earliest opportunity. I also need to check on the members' wives & girlfriends, especially concerning their drink requirements, as they tend to get far more carried away than we do on these occasions. Chloe, in particular loves some particular brand of Tesco Red wine I think, so I hope you can ensure this is available in sufficient quantities. I'll check on the actual name & get back in touch. If you collect their Clubcard points, you might be able to get it on some deal this week & keep in storage till Chloe arrives at the party. We were wondering if you'd perhaps think about sponsoring the forum & maybe we could organise the printing of some promotional t-shirts? We could then have a forum competition for members to design a new logo & catchphrase for your company? Will has already told me what he thinks you should have on these garments, but I had to tell him that you have nothing whatsoever to do with dogs or their excrement. He retorted by saying 'B*llocks Viv- they'll love it'. We can discuss the actual wording on the party night. Best wishes. Viv (E90Post UK Forum moderator) |

What would you say if I were actually an Indian call centre worker, my wife were Polish, I had a number of horrific-looking Arthur Daley look-a-like friends & Will were permanently in 70s fancy dress? You wouldn't be calling me a 'racialist' then, would you? By the way, what is a 'racialist'? Anyway, bigbmw, you know I'm called Viv & that I'm a UK forum moderator, so perhaps you could provide me with a name I can call you, so we can discuss this forthcoming party in a more friendly manner? It would also help me to ensure I am actually dealing with someone who is actually from Big Motoring World in Kent, & not someone else who is trying to help plan a party which won't actually happen. That won't actually be too much of a problem for us however, as we tend to organise quite a few of our own over the course of each year. If we're trying to do anything in this thread, it's trying to help you help your future second-hand BMW purchasers buy their car with more confidence. Now, can you please let me know the names of your staff & when they will be available for Will to provide them with his customer service training? He has a very busy schedule, a very short leash & it's difficult to control him, so the sooner you let me know, the quicker we can sort this out. Also, we really need to sort out this party & get the invites sent out as soon as possible. Best wishes. Viv |

'bigbmw' is the exception to the rule, even a specialist in "special needs" would struggle, he does have a 'thick' skin though! |

Oh for crying out loud learn to write english please.
Once you done this you can start trying to rebuild your profesional image. Considering for someone like me who has Dyslexia and not perfect language skills seeing your posts makes me want to I'm sorry but you cant talk about being profesional and trustworthy etc, when you cant seem to grasp simple language skills. I showed your posts to a friend who is a english teacher and week later its still a highlight of his english teachers school meetings.

Due to the potential for some scurrilous individual pretending to be posting as a member of the Big Motoring World team, our internet fraud prevention department has taken it upon themselves to check the authenticity of your posts. It seems that you are actually posting on IP addresses which we know to be from Big Motoring World! I think this now makes your position in this thread even more ridiculous, don't you? If you really want to help, then perhaps you could make some amends by apologising to the appropriate individuals who've posted about their problems with your company over the previous 30-odd pages? As you seem to want to contact your law team about the 'racialism' here, would you also be happy for our appropriate departments to pass on the contents of this thread to the local primary school's English teacher for translation of your posts, before we pass it on to Trading Standards? If it would make it easier, shall we just invite both of our law teams to the party. That way, after a few drinks, they may forget to charge you for wasting their time. Now let's get to to real problem here- do we invite Carl to the party or not? Best wishes. Viv PS- are you able to source some new winter tyres for my Polish wife's Mini please- she'd be really grateful & I might even think about bringing some Madness CDs to the party! |

This just get's better and better, My mate is in the market for a used E92 325 Msport and asked about Big Motoring World as in his words "Look's alright, some nice cars think i'll go and have a look". To which I almost pissed my self laughing and clicked onto GOOGLE to to show him what might be in store if he took his cash to Big Motoring World, which his answer was "MMM maybe not"
Always happy to help a mate out |

I'm considering writing my posts to bigbmw in the form of pictures from now on. However, there is the possibility that I will then be classed as being 'artistic' & possibly even 'cartoonist'. Is it worth the risk? Quote:
With both your & Will's experience in the customer service training field, I just can't see how Big Motoring World can turn down this unbeatable offer to help them. I've now thought about this & have pushed my previous post through the forum's "Trans-slate' device. It has squeezed out the following- I hope it may now be more meaningful to you, bigbmw: Quote:
