Thanks, everyone, we leave the msg to her manager already, guess what, same shit, no one reply. I guess it's long weekend, everyone went to long vacation already. I also went to the agent's office today, guess what the front desk tell me? "without appointment, she won't see anyone" BS. that's it. after this, I will have my wife switch to kaiser.

hey J, i just dealt with kaiser today and i put in my registration form. if it helps, i'm waiting 5-7 business days for them to process my application before they can give me an ok. maybe you can have a better luck explaining your situation to someone over the phone. good luck man

Same. I think they only look good on certain cars depending on the color and body style. Some cars that have em on just look "normal". Got a pic? Can I judge?

well there are 2 reasons MINE in particular dont look good.
1. i sacrificed width thinking it would rub so i got 265 on 9.5 rim
2. i did not drop

those look pretty good to me, but i agree a drop would be nice. Then it would look way more aggressive.
