take a look at the DIY at the forum, it helped me when i swapped out my kidney (no i have a healthy kidney too simon), the inner clips were teh hardest to come out, i went basically from the top down, and the clip on the side closer to the other kidney was the toughest, but once that came out, the rest's piece of cake...good luck

you definitely dont want pull on it, stick your arm in there, losen up each of the clips, and it will pop right out...oh and when you put the new one in, make sure you push the whole thing in as one, you dont want to do it one clip at a time when putting the new one on...

I did look at the DIY.....it just says.....unclip and lightly pull on the section youre unclipping.....How hard am I supposed to pull? Or am I not pressing the clip hard enough???

dont pull too hard, as long as you losen up the clip and feel that it's out of its housing, you are golden and move on to the next one, once you get to the last one, the whole thing will pop right out...
